GIVE leadership team

GIVE is led by a small, hands-on team working between Nordland in Norway and partner regions in the Sahel and Latin America. The team combines experience in Indigenous rights, social protection, community-based work, youth guidance and research.

How we work as a team

The leadership team works in close dialogue with local partners, youth groups and institutions. GIVE’s structure is intentionally light so that most resources can support youth activities, living heritage initiatives and collaborative projects in the field.

Below you will find the core leadership roles. Additional collaborators, youth facilitators and advisers are involved through specific programmes and partnerships.

Core leadership

Mensah H. Anago-Kpogla

President & Founder

Mensah leads GIVE’s overall direction between Norway and the Sahel. With a Master’s degree in vocational and professional guidance and experience across migration, youth work and intercultural projects, he focuses on building bridges between Indigenous youth, institutions and local organisations.

Local coordination & youth facilitators

Beyond the core leadership, GIVE works with local coordinators and youth facilitators in Benin, Niger, Mexico and Norway. They host safe spaces, creative workshops and documentation processes with young people in their own communities.
